Spectacular coastal flowers, stone circles, iron-age forts and wildlife ranging from seals and dolphins to choughs and kites. On a 7 night holiday Four whole days (5-6 hrs, 8 to 10 miles) and two half days (3-4hrs, 4 to 5 miles) walking, guided by one of your hosts, are included in your holiday (but not compulsory!)
The terrain is not mountainous but rarely flat! Walks are led at a sympathetic pace with plenty of stops to admire the scenery, history and wildlife.
